Introduction:
DN21 series full auto flexible straw bending machine is a kind of automation equipment for bending straight straw to be flexible. The straight straws are supplied into the hopper at the top of machine, passing through 12 sets of conveyor, 12 sets of shaping needle and 1 set of shaping wheel,and then delivered to output conveyor automatically after continuous action. It has the ability of continuous and efficient production.Changing some parts can realize a variety of straw specification bending.

3.Hopper in stainless steel is set at conveyor,low labor intensity,one person can operate two machines
4.Additional maintaining & debugging safety switch and positive & negative inversion switch are added.It is useful for safe and convenient maintenance,and shortens two-thirds of maintaining time,meanwhile,greatly reduces the intensity of maintaining labor.
