It has the advantages of sound insulation, heat insulation, flame retardant, moisture proof, mildew proof, etc. PVC skinning and foaming plate extrusion line uses parallel twin screw extruder with special design of screw, which has high extrusion and stable extrusion. The mold is made of special flow structure for skinning foam plate, so that the material extrusion and foam are uniform. The cooling calibration adopts pressing plate type and hydraulic system control, making the plate size and precision control simple. Haul off and cutting unit adopts the combination of roller type,to ensure the hauling measurement and adjustment convenient. The electrical control of roller type haul off and wide format cutter is synchronous, it guarantees the straight cutting incision.
