This line is mainly used in producing wave tiles with PVC,PP, PE, PC or other materials. It can be single layer and multi layers. According to the manufacturing process, the production line is divided into wave tile single screw extrusion line and wave tile twin screw extrusion line. Additionally, two methods of direct mold forming and roll calender forming can be optional. The extruder screw and barrel adopt special design, which guarantees the full plasticizing and high speed extruding. Supper quiet air cooling system and forcing closed barrel outer, have excellent performance of heat transfer and heat dispersion. Double-position hydraulic screen change is to ensure the quick and convenient replacement. Reasonable design of the forming machine makes the product molding fast and the size accurate. The whole line is of high automation, stable performance, high efficiency and easy operation.
