The extruder adopts special designed screw and barrel, which guarantees high speed extrusion and excellent plasticizing effect. This line is equipped with three dimensional electric vacuum water tank, the height adjustment is mechanical and lateral adjustment is convenient operating, which ensure the product forming precision. Haul off unit adopts frequency conversion control, and the wearable belt makes the traction working high speed and stable.。
