This PVC Wall Panel Extrusion Line Or PVC Ceiling Panel Extrusion line adopts special conical twin screw extruder, imported frequency converter, and uses imported RKC temperature controller, which has the advantages of extensive adjusting range, high precision of temperature control, convenient and reliable operation. The auxiliary machinery is composed of vacuum calibrating bath, haul off, cutter and tilting stacker, etc. This line is equipped with cooling device, which ensures the panel forming results. Caterpillar type haul off unit uses imported reducer and inverter, it is of reasonable structure, large traction and stable hauling, etc. The processing of cutter is reliable and accurate, and its precision is high. The whole line is of high automation, stable performance, high efficiency and easy operation.
