PVC cable trunk extrusion line is mainly composed of screw extruder, vacuum calibrating bath, haul off, cutter and tilting stacker, etc. Changing different models and molds can produce the profiles in different width and different wall thickness. The feeding and screw driving devices of extruder adopt frequency control, which can realize the synchronous speed. The vacuum calibrating bath is equipped with the vacuum and water circulation system for calibration and cooling. Haul off unit also adopts frequency control, running continuously and automatically. Cutting process is accomplished by electric and pneumatic drives, the dust collection device is included. The operation of tilting stacker is pneumatically controlled by cylinder. The whole line is of high automation, stable performance, high efficiency. The line can also produce PVC twin Strand Trunk according to the trunk Size.
