This equipment is mainly used for regenerative granulation of PET flakes which have been processed of the classification, crushing, washing, dehydration and drying. The complete unit is introduced the foreign advanced production technology and it has unique design,can be continuous recycling granulation. Under the good temperature control, pre-pelletizing the flakes is to improve the material bulk density and eliminate the moisture, so as to increase the output and quality of recycling granulation. The extruder adopts high torque rotary box, equipped with effective combination of screws and excellent devolatilizing system, can control the material of intrinsic viscosity. The temperature control is automatic, it avoids the continuous heating, which saves the electricity and energy.The whole line is of reasonable design, simple operation and high production efficiency.
