Nature Rubber Field Cryogenic Grinder is recently developed by our company.
This Cryogenic Grinding System includes Nature rubber crushing and cryogenic Grinding. As nature rubber is quite sticky and the raw material is block type.
There are following steps for making nature rubber powder:
1. Using Chop cutter to cut the block into big pieces.
2. Using Crusher to crush the pieces rubber into granules.
3. Feed the crushed granules into Cryogenic Grinder to grind into powder.
4. As the ground material is sticky after Cryogenic Grinding, may add partitioning agent to avoid agglomerated. This may use a ribbon mixer.
