PE/PP/ABS pipe extrusion line is mainly used in the production of pipes for town water supply,irrigation diversion project and agricultural irrigation engineering,etc.Using efficient extruder,screw with the structure of shield and mixing head,make the plasticizing effect better,the extrusion amount larger and process more stable.The calibration bath adopting multistratum controlled vacuum degree,ensure the stability and roundness of pipe size.The extruder and haul off both adopt imported frequency control,so they has good stability,high precision and reliability.The whole line is PLC control system,to realize the synchronization and automation.
