Plastic Conical twin screw extruder is specially for PVC industry. The machine has the characteristics of uniform plasticizing and compounding, high output, stable quality, wide range of application,long service life,PVC powder directly forming,etc. Coordinated with the corresponding die-mold and auxiliary machinery, it can directly convert various thermoplastics especially hard PVC powder into pipe, board, sheet, stick,film as well as profile and other plastic products,can also complete the modification of all kinds of plastic and the powder granulating process.Specially designed transmission part adopts the new type of inverter motor drive or direct motor drive,which is of steady operation, large transmission torque,high efficiency. Through imported frequency converter or DC speed regulator can achieve the stepless speed control,it is of high precision and energy saving. Using the intelligent double digital temperature controller makes the control precision high and the temperature fluctuation small.The extruder is equipped with the overload protection and stoppage alarming system, screw core oil circulation of constant temperature,barrel oil cooling. It also includes vacuum venting and forced feeding device.
