New Developed PVC Conical Twin Screw Extruder

Techno Machinery recently developed new design PVC Sheet Conical Twin Screw Extruder.
Based on the convention structure, this New Design Conical Twin Screw Extruder has following Features:
1. When producing PVC sheet, we should cut the edge of PVC sheet. The sheet edge can recycle use, feeded and crushed by two small curhsers at both sides. So the crushed material can feed into the extruder side hopper and feed into the barrel throat and melted with new resin formulation to extrude sheet again. (see below pictures)
2. Normal PVC sheet production, when you stop the machine need to clean the sheet mould. thus no material stucked in the mould flow interface. so you have to use crane to lift the mould to ground or somewhere to clean. Techno Machinery developed this structure for a easy operation method. The support frame structure still uphold the sheet mould when you stop the machine and disassemle with the extruder flange.
