PVC spiral hose extrusion line is mainly composed of two sets of extruder, spiral forming machine, spraying water tank, haul off,etc. This unit adopts large L/D ratio of screw and barrel which has excellent plasticizing effect. Spiral forming machine uses frequency control, so the winding speed is stable. Special design of combined type machine head makes the composition of plastic reinforcement and composited layer more uniform. This pipe wall is made from rigid PVC and soft PVC spiral to strengthen the pressure. It has the characteristics of compression resistance, corrosion resistance, negative pressure resistance, bending resistance and fine liquidity, etc. The hose is especially applicable to convey gas, liquid, powder and granule material.
