Through imported frequency converter or DC speed regulator can achieve the stepless speed control,it is of high precision and energy saving. Using the intelligent double digital temperature controller makes the control precision high and the temperature fluctuation small.The extruder is equipped with the overload protection and stoppage alarming system, screw core oil circulation of constant temperature,barrel oil cooling. It also includes vacuum venting and forced feeding device.
